Dealerhop.com is operated by Dealerhop Finance Ltd. (“Dealerhop”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using Dealerhop.com, submitting an application, or participating in any Dealerhop service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Nature of the Platform

Dealerhop.com operates strictly as a:

Marketing platform
Referral platform
Lead generation platform
Matching service

Dealerhop is not:

A bank
A credit union
A licensed mortgage brokerage
A direct lender
An automotive dealership (unless expressly stated)
A financial advisor

All financing, mortgage, refinancing, vehicle sales, and funding decisions are made solely by independent third-party partners.

2. Eligibility

To use Dealerhop services, you must:

Be at least 19 years of age (or legal age of majority in your province)
Reside in Canada
Provide accurate and truthful information
Have legal authority to submit information

Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of service and removal from the Platform.

3. Services Provided

Dealerhop may offer or facilitate:

A. Buy or Trade a Vehicle

Requests may be referred to independent dealer partners or marketplace partners such as LoansCanada. Dealerhop does not guarantee vehicle availability, pricing, financing approval, or trade values.

B. Sell My Car (Beta Auction Platform)

Vehicle owners may list their vehicle for dealer bidding for up to 48 hours.

Important Conditions:

Auctions may receive no bids
Vehicles may not qualify for listing
Final sale price is not guaranteed
Final offers are subject to inspection, vehicle history, and dealer discretion
Dealerhop is not a party to the final transaction

Dealerhop may modify or discontinue the beta auction at any time without notice.

C. Mortgage Referral

Mortgage inquiries are referred to HomeWise Solutions Inc., which works with multiple lenders. Dealerhop is not a mortgage brokerage or lender.

D. Business Funding

Business funding inquiries are referred to Swoop Finance Ltd. Dealerhop is not a direct lender.

E. Powersport Financing

Applications may be forwarded to LoansCanada or other third-party marketplaces.

F. Auto Refinancing

Referrals may be sent to SafeLend Canada or other third-party partners.

4. No Guarantee of Approval or Results

Dealerhop makes no guarantees regarding:

Loan approval
Mortgage approval
Interest rates
Funding amounts
Refinancing savings
Auction bids
Vehicle sale completion
Dealer offers

All approvals and terms are determined solely by third-party underwriting criteria.

5. Compensation Disclosure

Dealerhop may receive compensation in the form of:

Referral commissions
Per-lead fees
Revenue share agreements
Dealer participation fees

Compensation does not influence underwriting decisions but may influence which partners receive referral opportunities.

6. Consent to Contact

By submitting information through Dealerhop.com, you expressly consent to:

Being contacted by Dealerhop and its partner network
Phone calls (including automated systems where permitted)
SMS/text messages
Email communications

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Standard messaging rates may apply.

You may opt out of communications in accordance with Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

7. User Responsibilities

You agree:

To provide accurate information
Not to impersonate another person
Not to submit fraudulent applications
Not to interfere with platform operations
Not to attempt unauthorized access

Dealerhop may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Third-Party Relationships

Dealerhop is not responsible for:

Decisions made by lenders or dealers
Final contract terms
Vehicle condition
Funding delays
Partner conduct
Credit reporting outcomes

Any agreement you enter into with a third party is solely between you and that party.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dealerhop Finance Ltd. shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Lost profits
Credit score impacts
Financing denials
Vehicle condition disputes
Failed transactions

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dealerhop Finance Ltd., its officers, directors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

Your misuse of the Platform
False information submitted
Violation of these Terms

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Dealerhop.com including:

Logos
Text
Design
Branding
Software
Graphics

Is owned by Dealerhop Finance Ltd. or licensed to it.

You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Dealerhop.com, you acknowledge that your information may be shared or sold to third-party partners as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
