The following terms apply to Dealerhop.com services and promotional representations:
*1 Business Funding
Dealerhop Finance Ltd. is not a direct lender. All business funding applications submitted through Dealerhop are referred to Swoop Finance Ltd., which works with multiple Canadian lenders and funding providers to arrange business financing solutions. Funding approvals, amounts, rates, and terms are determined solely by the lending partners based on underwriting criteria including revenue, time in business, credit profile, and other financial factors.
Dealerhop Finance Ltd. may earn a commission as a referral partner if funding is successfully arranged.
*2 Sell My Car (Beta Auction Platform)
“Sell My Car” operates as a beta auction platform where vehicle owners may list their vehicle for dealer partner bidding for up to 48 hours. Participating dealer partners within the Dealerhop network may place bids during the auction period.
The highest bidder at the close of the auction unlocks the vehicle owner’s contact information and may proceed with attempting to complete the transaction directly.
Final sale price is not guaranteed and remains subject to in-person inspection, vehicle history verification, mechanical condition, market conditions, and other factors. The final offer may be lower than the auction bid.
Vehicles may not be approved for auction and auctions may receive no bids. The auction platform is currently in beta and subject to change without notice.
*3 Mortgage Referral
Mortgage services are managed by HomeWise Solutions Inc., which works with over 30 lenders across Canada for new mortgage originations and mortgage refinancing. Dealerhop is not a mortgage brokerage or lender.
Mortgage approvals, rates, and terms are subject to lender underwriting criteria and applicable provincial regulations.
Dealerhop may earn a commission as a referral partner where a mortgage transaction is successfully completed.
*4 Powersport Financing
All powersport financing applications submitted through Dealerhop are forwarded to LoansCanada, a third-party lending marketplace partner. LoansCanada works with multiple lenders to match applicants with potential financing options.
Financing is subject to credit approval and lender underwriting criteria. Dealerhop may earn a commission as a referral partner and/or receive a fee per qualified lead.
*5 Auto Refinancing
Auto refinancing opportunities are managed by SafeLend Canada, an independent third-party partner. Refinancing approvals, rates, and potential payment reductions are not guaranteed and depend on vehicle eligibility, existing loan details, credit profile, and lender approval.
Dealerhop may earn a commission as a referral partner if a refinancing transaction is completed.
*6 Buy or Trade a Car
Dealerhop refers automotive purchase and financing requests through its network of independent dealer partners within the Dealerhop.com network and through the LoansCanada network. Dealerhop does not own vehicle inventory unless expressly stated.
Final pricing, financing approvals, interest rates, trade-in valuations, and vehicle availability are determined solely by the participating dealer or lender. All financing is subject to credit approval.
