What is the expected timeline for the entire process?

Once you've captured the necessary images of your vehicle, we promptly list your vehicle for sale on Dealerhop.com. This streamlined process allows you to swiftly move through the steps, from capturing information to finalizing the sale. All can be done without ever leaving home, if you choose.

How much does Dealerhop charge to act as my sales assistant?

Upon successful transfer of ownership between the buyer and seller, funds will be deposited into your account minus a 6% hold-back for expenses on the sale amount and taxes. This covers the 2.3% plus $0.30 charge incurred by Stripe and any other expenses incurred during the sale of your vehicle excluding delivery and inspection costs, which should fall upon the buyer.

Can the potential buyer or myself order a Pre-Purchase Inspection?

If desired, sellers can have a Pre-Purchase Inspection completed by iNeedaPPI which Dealerhop can share with any potential buyers online to help increase the likelihood of your vehicle selling. Or, sellers can pass that expense and option on the potential buyer. Potential buyers are giving the option to order a Pre-Purchase Inspection completed by iNeedaPPI before completing the sale.

Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
2. Welcome to Dealerhop Private. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform, Dealerhop.com, for listing and selling vehicles. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
3. Listing and Selling
4. Vehicle owners can list their vehicles for sale privately on Dealerhop.com.
5. Dealerhop will list the vehicles publicly on Dealerhop.com upon successful submission.
6. Upon the successful transfer of ownership between the buyer and seller, authenticated funds will be deposited into the seller's account, minus provincial taxes (remitted on the buyer's behalf) and minus a 3.7% Dealerhop fee plus a 2.3% Stripe fee for processing.
7. Payment collected by Dealerhop Finance Ltd. will be held until confirmation of ownership transfer has been completed.
8. If a Mobile Pre-Purchase Inspection is ordered by the buyer and brings to light an issue that the buyer is not willing to continue purchasing due to, the sale will be voided, and payment refunded.
9. Listing Duration
10. Listings by consumers last for up to 30 days from the date of listing.
11. Listings can be extended for an additional fee.
12. User Responsibilities
13. Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in their listings.
14. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of vehicles.
15. Users must not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices on Dealerhop.com.

17. All content and materials on Dealerhop.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Dealerhop Private and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
